By downloading or using “Che facciamo stasera?” (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
Description of Service
The App provides randomized date idea suggestions. It is intended for entertainment and planning purposes only.
Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Weekly Premium — Unlocks unlimited spins, favorites, and personalized ideas. Billed weekly.
- Yearly Premium — Same benefits as Weekly, billed annually at a discounted rate.
Subscription Details
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the App are the property of the developer.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Date ideas are suggestions only — the developer is not responsible for the outcome of any plans made using the App.
Limitation of Liability
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
