Privacy Policy — Che facciamo stasera?

Overview
Che facciamo stasera? (“the App”) is developed by Simone Ruggiero. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the App.
The App does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There is no account and no backend of ours: apart from subscription management (see below), the App makes no network requests at all.
Location Data
- Your device location is used only to sort suggested ideas by proximity and show you the distance to them.
- Location is processed locally on your device and is never sent to any server.
- You can use the App without granting location access.
Your Content
- Favourites, custom ideas and any photo you attach to a custom idea are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. Photos are picked with the system picker and stay inside the App.
- No data is synced to iCloud or any other cloud service. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.
Usage Data
- No analytics, crash-reporting or usage-tracking SDKs.
- No advertising identifiers (no IDFA) and no cross-app tracking.
Notifications
Any reminders you enable are scheduled and shown locally on your device. We do not send push notifications from any server.
Third-Party Services
- RevenueCat — manages in-app subscriptions. It receives an anonymous, randomly generated identifier, purchase and subscription history, and the store country, not linked to your identity. See their Privacy Policy.
- Apple StoreKit — processes in-app purchases; all payment data is handled directly by Apple under its privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment information.
- Refund requests: if you request a refund for an in-app purchase on the Apple App Store, Apple may ask us — via RevenueCat — to share data about your use of the App related to that purchase (“consumption data”) to help Apple decide on the refund, in line with Apple’s guidelines. This data is used only to process the refund request.
- We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
