Privacy Policy — PureAnalytics

Overview

PureAnalytics (“the App”) is developed by Simone Ruggiero. The App is the iOS companion to the PureAnalytics web analytics service at https://pure-analytics.com: it signs you into your existing account and shows the statistics of the websites you have added there.

Information We Collect

Account Data

PureAnalytics requires an account. You can sign in in two ways:

• Google Sign-In — we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, for authentication and account identification only.
• Email magic link — you enter your email address and receive a one-time sign-in link. We store the email address.

You can optionally set a display name and upload a profile picture; the picture is stored in our own storage bucket on Supabase.

Your session token is kept in the device Keychain and is shared with the App’s widgets through a keychain access group on the same device. It is never sent anywhere except to our backend to authenticate your requests.

Analytics Data Shown in the App

The App reads, over the network, the analytics of the websites in your account (page views, visitors, referrers, countries, events) from our backend (Supabase). That data is generated by the PureAnalytics tracking script installed on your websites — the App only displays it.

The tracking script is cookie-less by default, anonymises visitor IP addresses and honours Do Not Track. Visitor data belongs to you as the site owner; we process it to provide the service and never sell it.

What We Do NOT Collect

• No analytics, crash-reporting or usage-tracking SDKs inside the App itself.
• No advertising identifiers (no IDFA) and no cross-app tracking.
• No access to your location, photos library (beyond a picture you deliberately choose as avatar), contacts or health data.

Data Storage

• Account, website and analytics data is stored on Supabase servers.
• Your data is scoped to your account and is not shared with other users.

Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In — authentication only. Google Privacy Policy

• Stripe — payments and subscription management (see below). Stripe Privacy Policy
• No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Subscriptions and Payments

PureAnalytics subscriptions are not sold through Apple in-app purchase. Billing is handled by Stripe on the web: “Manage billing” in the App opens the Stripe customer portal in your browser. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card data. The App only reads your current plan and usage limits from our backend.

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, write to simone.ruggiero97@gmail.com from the email address registered on the account. Deletion removes your profile, your websites and the analytics collected for them from our servers.

Children’s Privacy

PureAnalytics is a tool for website owners and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
